Our Founder, Monica Johnson, realized that there was a lack of programming for young women to meet the needs of those struggling with their development. A global leader who has a heart for kids and the underserved, Monica is an author, mentor, educator, motivational speaker, and a dynamic business professional with nearly three decades of experience developing  innovative solutions to complex challenges. experienced in employee relations, training and development, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement, with remarkable financial proficiency and acumen, Monica is effective at project management. She has a proven track record of saving as much as $35MM per year while overseeing budgets as large as $540MM annually. She is a passionate sponsor of talent development, employee engagement, especially while leading teams as large as 350 employees, with a personal goal to ignite, inform, and inspire people with integrity for growth and success. Provide consulting services focused on financial plans and 501 (c3) startup, leadership, and personal empowerment to lead self, lead others, and lead business. She provides individuals and companies the opportunity to understand the personal and professional behaviors that influence others. Design training, present training materials, and provide 1:1 coaching to various levels in multiple industries, from entry-level to senior-level leadership.

Monica holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of North Texas, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Dallas, a Master of Arts in Theological Studies from Dallas Baptist University, Diversity and Inclusion Certification from Cornell University. She is currently pursuing a Masters of Arts in Professional Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapist from Amberton University. In addition, she is certified in the influence of decentralized taxes and Non-Profit Management. Monica Johnson has taken all this education and experience from transforming companies and employees and is now using her gifts and life experience to invest in and change the lives of our most valuable resource, our youth.

Monica is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Monica Johnson Enterprises LLC., which includes the brand "That Girl is S.M.A.R.T." (www.thatgirlissmart.org), a non-profit organization for mentoring young girls ages six to eighteen. She achieves all of this while being a wife and mother. Monica and her family reside in Frisco, Texas.
